Life is good in the seventh grade! Our days offer a wide variety of activities ensuring that all students find joy in learning something new each day. A single day might find us reading and discussing the Gospel, writing and sharing some favorite memories, and searching through pond water with our new microscopes. Students are valued for their unique thoughts and are encouraged to share their individual talents with the class. When opportunities arise, we enjoy laughing together over favorite stories and games.
We place emphasis on the development of good study skills in the seventh grade. Students are encouraged to find the best methods for their individual learning styles. Homework is a requirement. However, assignments are chosen carefully to keep them relevant and focused. Questions are encouraged in all subjects, and our best days are those that encourage research beyond the contents of our textbooks.
